RECLAIM: Restorative Nervous System Reset

This isn’t fitness.

This is nervous system recovery.

If you’re high-functioning, capable, and constantly “holding it together” but your body feels tense, tired, or on edge this space is for you.

RECLAIM is a weekly, trauma-informed restorative yoga class created to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with rest without forcing, fixing, or performing.

This is where survival softens.
This is where your body remembers safety.
