HI, I'M RIKKI
Licensed Therapist and Founder of Flourishing Minds, a private practice providing therapy and wellness coaching services in the Atlanta Georgia area.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Georgia. A double HBCU Graduate, I obtained my Master of Social Work degree from Clark Atlanta University, and my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Fayetteville State University in North Carolina.
As a Holistic Therapist I utilize and integrate evidence-based practices to help clients reduce symptoms related to Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma. I integrate trauma informed yoga, breathwork, meditation, reiki, and sound healing as holistic strategies to help create safety in the mind, body, and spirit.
I utilize the following theoretical concepts: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Solution Focused Therapy.

My specialty treatment areas include: Mindfulness, Stress Management, Work-Life Balance, Life Transitions, Anxiety, Depression, Finding your Purpose, Young Adulthood, Sexuality, and Postpartum Depression.

I am always looking for ways to promote mental health and holistic wellness. In addition to hosting wellness retreats, I also love speaking in the community, providing supervision, and offering consulting services to mental health professionals. I would love to connect with you.
