RISE : A Vibrational Root Chakra Experience

Join Rikki as she takes you on a journey through your mind and body with a gently yoga flow, meditation, and sound healing session to help you feel rooted in your power.

As a Holistic Therapist and Certified Yoga Teacher, Rikki's goal is to help you feel comfortable in body movement and flow.  Come and learn how to release negative energy from your body with holistic modalities such as yoga, meditation, journaling, and sound healing. 

Most importantly come join a community of like minded people on the journey of wellness.

This session focuses on the root chakra where fear, insecurity, anxiety, self doubt, and depression are held.  Come release all the things.

Adults only. All genders welcomed.
